EPOXY GEL

EPOXY GEL is a bi-component transparent knife grade epoxy designed for gluing, laminating, and joining marble, granite, stones, and ceramic. Can be used for indoor as well as outdoor applications. Exceptional strength, great mechanical properties, and weather resistant.

Density 1.1(part A)/1.0 (part B)
Ratio weight for use 100(partA):50(partB)
Processing time 3-4 hours
Gel time in bulk 10-15 minutes

PACKING: Available in set of KG 1 (part A) and KG0.5 (part B) in a box containing 3 sets.

RIV050(A+B)

Rivo 50 (A+B) is epoxy glue suitable for gluing and joining marble granite, stone & ceramic. It can be used to join metal – stones, concrete-metal, and ceramic-stone. Infact it will bond to almost any surface. Even polished surfaces will not need to be honed to achieve optimum adhesion. Rivo 50 is designed for permanent application. The stone will break before the bond will. Recommended for both interior and exterior applications. Material must be dry before application. Straw in color.

Density 1.4(partA)/1.4(partB)
Ratio weight for use 100 (part A): 100 (part B)
Processing time 24 hours
Gel time in bulk 50-60 minutes

PACKING: Available in a set of LT1 (part A) and LTI (part B)LTI packing in a box containing 3 sets.

DESCRIPTION: Epoxy systems consists of Resin and hardener combination and are used for filling up micro fissures, cracks etc. on marble.

EPOXY SYSTEM FOR MARBLE & GRANITE

  • Grind the floor/marble to grit 120 (i.e., up to stage 0,1,2) and leave them to dry for 2-3 days, so that absolutely no traces of water are found on the floor surface especially on cracks.
  • Mix resin and hardener in the ratio specified by weight and apply the mixture uniformly on the full surface of marble.
  • Accumulate additional quantity of this mixture over the cracks.
  • Leave the slabs to dry for 20-24hrs.
  • Polish these slabs starting from grit 120 (stage 3)
